In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have been following the guidelines set by the Health Protection Agency of Maldives and reduced our seating capacity to facilitate safe distancing. We encourage our customers to book a table prior to arriving for dining to avoid queueing. The safety and well-being of our customers and employees are of top priority to us.

Safe distancing measures for dine in

  • Mandatory temperature screening of customers prior to being ushered in by our designated staff.
  • All customers are required to sanitise their hands before entering the cafe.
  • All customers are required to wear a mask at the cafe until food is served and whenever interacting with our employees at their station.
  • Health declaration is required for all customers.
  • A QR code with the dine in menu will be placed on each table and no physical menu will be provided.
  • Tables at the cafe are spaced out at least 1-metre apart to facilitate safe distancing. Markers have also been indicated on the floor at the cafe’s counter.
  • High touch points such as countertops, tables and chairs are sanitised with hospital-grade disinfectants frequently.
  • Group bookings are allowed for a maximum of 4 people
  • Only Card payments and Online Bank transfer are accepted and cash payment will not be accepted.
  • We have  comprehensive customer and staff policies and procedures in place to do our part during these extra ordinary times.  This includes deep cleaning and sanitisation of the cafe and hospital-grade disinfectants are used for these processes. All Surfaces, chairs, windows etc. are sanitised frequently and periodically in accordance with HPA guidelines.
  • We take regular temperature of our staff and monitor them for any visible signs of sickness daily and all our staffs are periodically being tested for COVID-19 at the random sampling stations.

Reservation Terms & Conditions

  • Reservations are accepted by our website only and a confirmation email will be sent to the customer once we accept the reservation request. Please clearly state name, the number of guests in party, date requested, email and telephone number. Maximum number of 4 parties are allowed per reservation under the new normal safe distancing guideline.
  • Parties that are late for their reservation time are given ten minutes before we call the phone number that we have to ascertain arrival status. Given the limited seating of the restaurant, fifteen minutes late with no contact will void your reservation. We will not be able to increase the party size for confirmed reservations. Please understand, this is solely due to the size and the seating capacity of the cafe’ and COVID-19 safe distancing guidlines.
  • We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our customers.
  • Due to the number of requests and limited seating capacity, unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific tables or specific areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Your understanding is appreciated.
